Shrimp and Edamame Linguine in Spicy Garlic Butter


shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 garlic bulb, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter (or more, if desired)
freshly ground peppercorn
chili pepper flakes
linguine, cooked al dente
salt, to taste
Italian parsley, chopped (garnish)


Heat a skillet at medium heat, and add butter. Once the butter is melted, add the thinly sliced garlic, freshly ground peppercorn, and chili pepper flakes. Next, add shrimp and toss till cooked through, then add the edamame. Finally, add in the cooked pasta and toss till it is completely coated in the sauce. Taste and season with salt, if necessary. Garnish with chopped Italian parsley, and serve.
